I offer personalized running coaching for people who are new to running or who are resuming running after an extensive layoff.
During a coaching session I will accompany you on a run of three to five miles and introduce you to basic pacing techniques to make your running more enjoyable. If you are new to running I can also provide you with information on local running resources.
